REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years experience in the software industry
• Adobe Flex and related web technologies – 2+ years
• Microsoft Visual C++ and MFC/COM – 8 years preferred
• Network programming (TCP/IP) — preferred exposure of 5 years
• SQL Server programming experience – 5+ years
• Web Coding including ASP, AJAX, HTML, etc. – min 3 years
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Report to fellow team members concerning design, implementation, QA-testing and deployment.
• Work as part of a global team.
• Document and internally publish works.
• Add cool new features while trying to best our amazing 99.998% uptime!
COMMUNICATIONS: Must be able to take the ball and proactively communicate. Including diagrams, participate in informal chat and VoIP meetings, and provide support to fellow associates on the front line when thing don’t work as planned.
EDUCATION: A University degree in Computer Science/higher level Mathematics or related technical discipline preferred, Masters Degree is a plus. Brainbench.com or other online coding benchmarks for C++ are helpful. Must speak English & Russian.

Для Вас имеет разницу один человек это будет или несколько? Потому что с вашими требованиями... минимум гений и не за 2000-3000 а за 5000-7000... порядки другие. К этому времени парень будет не просто тупым девелпером, а лидом или манагером. На мой взгляд, это безрезультативный поиск, как уже писали. Если на этой вакансии будут работать два человека — соглашусь, и даже могу принять участие. Я Flex Developer 2 года. Но честно — еще подумаю.
