— 4+ yrs of Java experience (design and implementation)
— 3+ yrs of writing server-side applications
— several yrs with MS SQL 2005 or MS SQL 2008 (including Hibernate experience)
— 2+ yrs in JEE application development (light-weight server development using Sprint/Hibernate or equivalent EJB 3.0)
— Very good OO-design and -programming skills and experience writing software using Test-Driven Development principals
— Experience working with SCRUM
— Fluent English
