Java Lead Developer for Deutsche Bank
Location: Moscow

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working in a high-energy, front-office desk facing development team delivering revenue generating systems
• Maintain a close liaison with trading desks
• Building high performance, low latency, mission critical risk management systems

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience developing concurrent real-time systems, preferrably in an investment bank, hedge fund or innovative technology firm
• Advanced skills in Java
• Strong academic background
• Proven track record delivering projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient English language skills (written/verbal)
• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations

Desirable Skills
• Additional JVM languages (e.g. Scala, Clojure)
• AJAX frameworks
• Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies
• Automated trading development experience
• Won competitive awards

Technical Environment
• The primary hardware and o/s platforms are: Sun x86, Solaris 10.
• The primary toolsets and applications used: Java SE, Spring, Oracle 10, Tib EMS/RV, JMS.
