At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise e-commerce or content management platforms
A passion for new technologies
An appreciation of UX / UI design
An ability to architect scalable, high-performance web solutions
Proven and high-quality results working under tight timelines
Strong leadership, self-awareness and teaming capabilities



Required Technical Skills:

In depth programming skill in .NET 4.0 and 4.5, using C# with application of OO design principles and C# design patterns
Knowledge of programming in JavaScript and other scripting languages
SQL programming and knowledge of MS SQL Server
In depth knowledge of HTML 5, XML/XLST , JSON
Experience with MS Visual Studio, MVC 4.0 and Team Foundation Server
Knowledge of Windows Communication Foundation and MS SiIverlight technology
Understanding of version control and branching
Understanding of agile development principles
